Damaged/Faulty items

In the event of an item arriving damaged, contact must be made to ourselves via email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and we will advise whether a return is necessary. We request photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible (excluding silver jewellery), rather than a return. If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the item in writing (by post, by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website). 

Incorrect items received

If by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days.

Unwanted items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify us in writing (either by post, by e-mail at hello@herbalheart.co.uk or by using the Contact Us page on the website) within 14 days of receipt of the item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.

Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Please ensure the product is unused and in a resalable condition.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.

MULTIBUY REFUNDS

This offer applies only to qualifying items listed in the Multi buy area of this Website. When any goods are returned (except for an exchange where products are faulty/defective), we are entitled to either require the return of all goods delivered as part of that Multi buy offer at your cost or charge you for the goods retained by you at the full price quoted on this site.

PAYPALL RETURN AND REFUNDS

If you use Paypall as a method of payment, and you decide to cancel a transaction or return the goods, the Paypall fees that you originally paid for processing the payment are not returned to you.

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • Services: We have insufficient staff to perform the service, or due to a an error in our booking system or for any reason beyond our control. If we do cancel your treatment we will rearrange another appointment or refund any sum deducted by us from you or your credit card as soon as possible
  • Products: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we do not deliver to your country one or more of the products you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order
  • Price Errors: In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our Website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
